Women’s Wednesday Yoga Practice
A yoga practice geared towards women of all ages and stages meeting most Wednesday’s from 10:30 am- Noon starting January 7th. Yoga practices will consist of mindful movement (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation(dhyana, dharana, pratyahara) all being sensitive to and catering to the unique needs of women (menstrual, pregnancy, post-partum, pelvic floor, aging gracefully, hormones. Ect.) . Each practice will also be tailored to the individuals that participate. You are unique, and many westernized yoga practices are not one size fits all, but at HSF it is always our goal to make yoga practices accessible to any-body, and more than that we aim to make them applicable to your body, mind, and spirit, and its specific needs. We are seeking a minimum energetic investment of 11$ paid via cash, Venmo, or any other means of energetic payment that you are able. Please pay in advance to reserve your spot, and if for whatever reason you are not able to join us, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can mindfully move in, bring a water bottle (no single use plastic please), and anything else you feel would serve you and your yoga practice. Mats, props, pillows, eye pillows, and blankets are optionally provided. Kiddos are welcome and we will have a play area set up in the studio where you can keep watch over them. PRIVATE ONE on ONE or GROUP YOGA FACILITATION
HSF Facilitator, Aubrey Dietrich will meet with you individually (88$ per hour) or in a group setting (526$ per group) on a case by case basis to share her awareness, knowledge and some of her yoga practices with you to inspire you to live a life more in line with your yoga! Based on where you are at in your journey and Aubrey’s energetic availability, you will be given the opportunity to commit to either a one time “yoga refresher” meeting with Aubrey or a whole 9 week series together where you study, practice, and share the eight limbs of yoga together.
