ONION JAM

This is another HSF product inspired by having an unexpected bumper crop. Made with organically grown HSF onions, organic apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, and pectin this savory, sweet, and sour spread can be used in a variety of ways. We enjoy ours as a topping for an elevated caprese salad, atop an impossible meat burger, or as a lovely marinade or salad dressing. YUM!
