MINT TEA

Made from mint that was fresh picked from our garden and then dried in the heart of HSF’s home. This delightful tea is a soothing reminder of the fresh scent of summer at HSF. Mint also has been shown to aid in soothing tummy’s and is a great post meal drink AND as we learned from Carrie Austin at our Mudlavia Yoga Gathering was commonly found and drank at Mudlavia!
