HSF TEA

If you have been to a yoga gathering at HSF, then you know that tea is kind of a big deal at our home! While I was pregnant with our fourth daughter, I was really drawn to a lot of Ayurvedic practices to support my body, mind, and spirit as they literally grew. This tea contains a lot of Ayurvedic powerhouses that really help to regulate and support hormones and boost immune systems. Its a great tea for women or men of all ages, and on top of all the medicinal benefits of the herbs contained within this tea blend, it is super yummy too!
