Mustang Charlie’s Carrot Cake Jam. Made with fresh picked carrots that Charlie grew for her horse friends in HSF’s garden and a boatload of love and other organic ingredients, we love this jam on our pb&j’s, on a fresh warm piece of baked bread with butter, or as an ode to my grandmother who made the best carrot cake, atop a block of cream cheese with some graham crackers for dipping! However you choose to eat it, you can’t go wrong with this yummy preserve!
