HSF Facilitator, Aubrey Dietrich will meet with your group for one hour (226$ per hour) to share her awareness, knowledge and some of her yoga practices with you to inspire you to live a life more in line with your yoga! Based on where you are at in your journey and Aubrey’s energetic availability, you will be given the opportunity to commit to either a one time group yoga facilitation meeting or a whole 9 week series together where you study, practice, and share the eight limbs of yoga together in a way that is tailored just to your group and its needs.   Please reach out to Aubrey at heartsoulfarm@gmail.com if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule please pay the 226$ and Aubrey will reach out to you via the email you provide with her availability to schedule an appointment with you.
